Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for organizing the introduction and establishment of the company's IATF16949 system;
2. Responsible for organizing the maintenance and continuous improvement of the IATF16949 system:
3. Planning and integrating the company's comprehensive management system architecture;
4. Organizing the response and continuous improvement of customer and external audits;
5. Organizing the necessary standard knowledge and system document training for relevant personnel from various departments of the company to ensure that the system document requirements are reasonably and effectively implemented and implemented in the company.
Job Description:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in business management, management science and engineering, electronics and electronic information, microelectronics and other related majors; 2. More than 3 years of full-time TS system management experience, familiar with ISOTS16949 standards and automotive industry core tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA and PPAP);
2. Possess IATF16949 internal auditor certificate and be able to conduct IATF16949 system audits independently;
3. Master process-oriented audit methods and be familiar with VDA6.3 process audits;
4. Strong communication and coordination skills, and good learning ability.
